We all find ourselves struggling with one thing or another at varying points in our lives. As we grow up, we take on more responsibilities, which can add stress, anxiety, and other challenges that we face on a day-to-day basis. I have been there, too, and I use my personal experiences and lessons learned to help my clients find solutions that they can own.

Stephanie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor with 7 years of counseling experience. Stephanie has extensive experience working with children and families in crisis due to domestic and sexual violence related trauma and has worked as a trauma specialist since 2011. Her training specialties have been in trauma, play therapy, anxiety, depression, and family systems. She works with clients of all ages, but has extensive experience working with children 3 – 21.
I bring my humor, authenticity, and experience into work with clients and their families in order to create a treatment plan based around their unique struggles and goals, using a number of strategies including education and talk therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, mindfulness skills, and play therapy, among others.

A Syracuse native, Shelbe graduated from Syracuse University with a Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy with a Certification of Advanced Study in Addiction. Working in the human service field heavily influenced her desire to become a therapist as well as a credentialed alcohol and substance abuse counselor. She is excited to be an emerging clinician providing counseling services to her community.

LeeAnn is a licensed marriage & family therapist working with individuals, couples, children, and families. Her specialties include disordered eating, body image, child abuse and neglect, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She has both a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Masters in Social Work from Syracuse University. She is currently working on her PhD in Human Development and Family Science at The Ohio State University, with a concentration in Couple & Family Therapy.
My goal is for my clients to truly feel that we are a good fit for each other. I have a personality, a therapeutic style, and my own perspective, but I am just one person. I will always advocate for you to get the care you need, and if it is not me, my goal is to help you find it. Life is too short to spend our time fitting triangles into squares.
