Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Have you ever thought about starting your own private practice?
Allied Wellness Collective is a local, provider owned and managed independent practice association. We provide an opportunity for practitioners in many specialties to work independently while benefiting from shared administrative and technical resources. We strive to maintain a collaborative and interdependent team of practitioners to provide our patients and clients with the best possible care. Utilizing a holistic wellness model of practice, we ensure our patients and clients are seen as the whole person, rather than a single illness or disorder. We encourage practitioners to participate in collaborative clinical decision-making, so we can remain focused on creating access to current evidence-based practices, training, technology, services, and support for our practitioners.
Our business model is attractive to those who find the cost of billing, technology, regulatory compliance, practice coordination and other expenses to be overwhelming for a small practice. Allied Wellness Collective provides centralized technical and administrative support services to our practitioners while fostering a positive work/life balance environment.
As a member of the Mental & Behavioral Health team, the Licensed Mental Health Counselor will provide compassionate, evidenced-based care to adult and adolescent patients. The Mental Health Counselor will develop and utilize expert assessment skills, therapeutic relationship building, specialty knowledge, and current best practices to assist patients to safely navigate treatment and recovery of mental health related disorders. The ideal candidate has broad direct care experience and particular expertise in mental health and treatment. The Mental Health Counselor should be efficient, flexible, compassionate, and eager to embrace an interdisciplinary team-based approach that models collaborative, solution-based problem solving, and authentic communication.
