Out-of-Network Benefits
For services provided by clinicians who do not participate in-network with your insurance plan, we will provide you with a “superbill” (which lists the details of your services) that you may be able to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Our patient services staff are happy to assist with this process.

Insurance Verification
When scheduling your initial appointment, your insurance benefits will be verified by our team. You will be informed of your deductible, copay, co-insurance, and other cost-shares, if applicable. However, we may, from time to time, receive inaccurate information; it is the responsibility of the patient or client to know the details of their insurance benefits.
Additionally, it is the responsibility of the patient or client, or their responsible party, to provide updated and correct insurance information, especially if their insurance company changes. If an insurance plan changes and the new information is not provided, the client may be responsible for any balances that may be due as a result of an inability to properly bill their insurance company.

- Initial Appointment/Intake: $225.00
- Individual Therapy Session (30 min): $125.00
- Individual Therapy Session (45 min): $150.00
- Individual therapy Session (55 min): $175.00
- Family/Couples Therapy Session (55 min): $200.00
Sliding Fee Discount Program
Allied Wellness Collective serves all patients regardless of ability to pay. Discounts for essential services are offered based on family size and income. Good Faith Estimates
The No Surprises Act protects uninsured or self-pay individuals from many unexpectedly high medical bills. The Act requires that healthcare providers and facilities give uninsured and self-pay individuals an estimate for the cost of their healthcare before the individual agrees to get the item or service. Discounted Fees for Intern Provided Series
Allied Wellness Collecture is a teaching practice and utilizes graduate student interns and limited permit (provisionally licensed) clinicians to provide care to our patients and clients while teaching our interns and creating an opportunity for limited permit clinicians to acquire required experience toward their licenses. All interns and limited permit clinicians are directly supervised by a fully licensed clinician in their field of study. Services provided by an intern or limited permit clinician may sometimes not be covered by insurance. In these cases, the services provided may be discounted and require the patient or client to pay directly. These services may not be submitted for reimbursement through out-of-network benenfits.
